1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and check if you would like to continue with the order or cancel. If you cancel we will refund the total amount of your order. If you would like to continue the order without the unavailable items we will refund the amount of the items unavailable. We will refund using the original method of payment.

Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping only to New Zealand.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will require the customer to pay a reshipment fee before sending the package out again.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon enquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
